Jesus in the Bible -- Dreams of the Second Coming




In the beginning the Word already existed.

   The Word was with God,

    and the Word was God.

He existed in the beginning with God.

God created everything through him,

  and nothing was created except through him.

The Word gave life to everything that was created,

  and his life brought light to everyone.

The light shines in the darkness,

   and the darkness can never extinguish it.

     God sent a man, John the Baptist, to tell about the light so that everyone might believe because of his testimony. John himself was not the light; he was simply a witness to tell about the light. The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.

     He came into the very world he created, but the world didn't recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn - not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.

     So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father's one and only Son.

DREAMS OF THE SECOND COMING: 

Dream about Jesus' Second Coming, Philadelphia

While living in Philadelphia, I dreamed:
 
I was living in a place separate from the main of society. This was in the mountains. Some of the restaurants, homes and workplaces were dug completely or partially into two rows of tall green hills. Between the hill rows was a valley, and some modest homes were built there. A single road followed the valley bottom.

One day, a young man, dressed like he wanted to appear tough, attempts to steal my wallet. I catch him in the act and tell him I am letting him off with a warning. However, if I catch him again doing this, I am going to fight with him and teach him a lesson.

A week later, I notice my wallet is missing. Someone tells me it was this young man. He wanted revenge.

I walk through major parts of the complex looking for him. I talk with people and tour many public areas. The place, though separate from the main cities, has squares and even restaurants! I search all night, determined to get him. When I finally see him, he is with a group of other tough guys. I decided my timing is not right. I walk away to a solitary place near the valley floor.

Sitting there, I watch the sunrise.

Then, quite suddenly - instantaneously - pink rose petals appear. These are suspended in mid-air. The petals are everywhere that I can see. All up and down the valley, as high as I notice, the petals are about evenly distributed. They do not remain frozen, but immediately begin to descend, fluttering down in the natural way that petals fall on a windless day.

There is only one other person outside that day. An old man is raking his yard - one of the modest homes in the valley. I run over to him, sure that something significant has just happened. He agrees and is glad to know that I also saw it.

Later, I go to the leaders of the 'camp' and tell them what has happened. Everyone is talking about the petals. They want confirmation and so we go find the old man.

He says he was raking the yard when a wind came and shook his little rose bush and scattered the petals.

"What?!?" I exclaim. I point out that the rose bush has modest flowers but the petals are large in size, like 2 and a half inches. I sweep my arm over the valley scene and ask how the large quantity of petals could come from this one bush.

Nevertheless, these people are insisting nothing supernatural happened. They accept the old man's explanation.


The Smell of Roses Before the Second Coming:
This prophecy is from "Eskimo Woman", a woman born exactly 70 years before my own father. She successfully named the date of the start of WWI and predicted the space shuttle explosion:

In the hours before Jesus returns to Earth, the whole world will smell of roses. The Lord will do this so men will know the time has come. Remember to test the air for the smell of roses. That day is coming very soon.
